Coaching Approach & Methodology

Initial Consultation & Goal Clarification
Often this involves two conversations- one with the hotel manager requesting coaching for team members, one with the coachee themselves.
Supervision & Real-Life Observation
Upon request, the leader is observed in actual work situations (team meetings, staff conversations), followed by immediate feedback.
Individuelle Coaching-Sessions (60-90 min)
Ideally, the first 2–3 sessions are in-person. Many clients opt for a hybrid format: initial face-to-face sessions followed by online coaching.
Given that many of my clients work in beautiful resort environments, "Walk & Talk" sessions (a favorite method of Steve Jobs) are often a perfect fit.
My Commitment: You should experience a noticeable shift after just 4 sessions. This is not long-term therapy – it’s targeted transformation.
